Activate Speed Enhancement and dash past Bob’s bubble to the door opposite. You can use ballistic armour or thermoptic camo to avoid taking damage.

Ascend the short ladder, and then go right. Ignore the vent for now, go through the door at the end.
Smash a box near here for a pair of biocells and some darts. Ahead is one of the blue fusion reactors. When you shut it down both these striped doors open to release machine gun bots. Ready a scramble grenade.
As you enter the room containing the reactor Morgan Everett tells you you’ve found the first of 4
reactors. Alex Jacobson gave you part of the key code: 724. Experimentation
reveals the full code is 7243.
Chuck a scramble grenade and wait for the bots to finish their in-fighting, then disable the victor with the Spy Drone. Raid the bots' cubby holes for a hazmat suit, lockpick, and a LAM. Another LAM is in a crate to the left of the stairs. Return to the vent.

Go all the way down a long ladder and through a vent at the bottom. The datacube has the door codes for the Aquinas Substation and router (used in the Helios ending. Activate your cloak before opening the door and dropping through the grate just outside. At the end of the vent use lockpicks (or the Dragon’s Tooth sword) on the door. Activate your Cloak again before going through it.
Just outside is the 2nd blue fusion reactor. Again the code 7243 works, and this time no
machine gun bots! It’s worth recharging at the repair bot (still Cloaked) that patrols this level.

Beyond the blue fusion generator to the North is this level’s UC. For a bit of optional excitement smash the UC Control door next to it and activate the containment, then hack the security console (on the right of the left panel) to release a machine gun bot that’ll deal with the transgenics wandering about. The karkians can deal damage to the bot, so it doesn’t always win.
Up the stairs on the right is another repair bot if you need a recharge. Then head back through this door and up the very long ladder to the top.
Head through this gap onto what turns out to be an elevator to the bottom floor.
Your Speed Enhancement will enable you to reach the body next to the fans below. A nearby datacube has the credentials for the security computer in the Aquinas Substation used in the Helios ending.

Head round to the West and down a ramp to here—it’s the UC for the middle section. It’s well worth activing the UC containment here, and either hacking the security console to activate a security bot or dealing with the roaming grays from a safe distance. The grays themselves tend to crowd the blue fusion reactor on this level, and even being near them is bad for your health, cloaked or not.
The 3rd reactor is here on the left, in the middle of the platform that spans the East and West sections of this floor (the UC door is on the extreme right here for orientation).
Once again the code 7243 shuts down the reactor. Bob Page is in a panic begs you not to
deactivate the final blue fusion reactor, even offering you Versalife and a cabinet post. The final
reactor is through the door on the left marked "Radioactive". Don a hazmat suit before entering.
The code 7243 works on this one, too. Go down the ramp ahead and recharge at the bot,
then carry on down to the lower level, and from there up the long ladder again to the top.
Time to deal with Bob Page. Engage Speed Enhancement to dash past the turrets to the door opposite leading to this levels (now contained) UC.
Turn right, and right again.
Try to avoid disturbing the troops who guard the Aquinas Router as you enter the doorway on the right.
Your final act is to press this button…
…which causes a series of explosions in Bob’s little bubble, killing him in the process.
The final cutscene rolls with you talking over the New World Order with Morgan Everett, while Stanton Dowd sits in the background. The game ends with this quote.
