This is the only ending in which Bob Page survives, and is arguably the easiest of the 3 endings. Don’t return to Bob Page’s little bubble. Head along the corridor and turn right.
Approach the (locked) door for the Aquinas Router and Helios radios in to tell you to head to the
Aquinas Substation on the lower level, and use the security terminal there to open the door. He
gives you the credentials Page/Uberalles for the terminal. Return back to this short corridor on
the left and ride the elevator there down.
As you exit the elevator the generator in the room explodes, and Bob Page calls to say he’s not going to allow you to unlock the door to the Aquinas Router. Don a hazmat suit and dash to the left to disable the electrical hazard with multitools.
Find a multitool on a desk, and a replacement hazmat suit and a pair of biocells in a nearby
cabinet. Access the security console with the login Page/Uberalles (you can also get
those credentials here).
Open the door to the Aquinas Router and disable a camera.
You can use a button on the door next to the disabled control box to enter the main floor of the lower level to find a repair bot and recharge your bioenergy. Be aware the area is crawling with transgenics, so best traversed with Cloak enabled. Return to the Aquinas Substation and take the elevator back up to the top.
The door to the Aquinas router is now open (you could have got the code here, or even used multitools to open the door). Just inside the door is a medical bot, and the floor is patrolled by two troops.

Helios radios in to instruct you to disengage the locks blocking the upload links on either side of the room. Bob Page objects. Either activate your Cloak or knock the troops out to push the buttons.
Once both links are activated the screen protecting the PC in the middle of the room opens. Helios
provides the credentials Icarus/panopticon.
Once logged in, engage the primary router. Helios instructs you to return so you can integrate your systems. Bob Page objects again.
Return to Bob Page’s little bubble. Engage Speed Enhancement to minimize damage from the turret. Go right (West) through the door you first entered the area.
Through the door turn left up this corridor (avoiding the grays' area to the right). A button to the right of the door opens it.
Back in the cloning lab heal at the medical bot, then through the West door back towards Sector 3. Morgan Everett calls in to beg you to go back to kill Bob Page.
Don’t just charge through the door into Sector 3—a reception party awaits you as you re-enter Sector 3, but they’re easily evaded by activating your Cloak.

Retrace your steps up the stairs, then go through the doorway to follow the signs to the Aquinas Hub.
Helios instructs you to enter the transmission chamber. A very disappointed Bob Page pleads with you not to do it. Ride the elevator up to the level 3. As you approach the chamber the final cutscene runs.

You merge with the Helios AI to rule the world. With a benevolent hand? Only time will tell.
In the end, Bob Page is left…in the dark…but alive. The game ends with this quote.
